And finally, we welcome to dreamhamar’s  online workshops a Norwegian architect. Christian Hjelle will participate in PUBLIC SPACE AND PEOPLE directed by Andres Walliser.

Who is Christian Hjelle?

“Hi there! I am a Norwegian architect and urban planner graduated from Bergen School of Architecture in 2008. I am a staff member at 3RW architects in Bergen since the spring of 2009, when I became part of the planning and development group at the office.
My competencies are related to feasibility studies, strategic and overall planning. At 3RW architects I have been involved in both local, regional and national planning processes with high degree of interdisciplinary and complexity. The work involves the production of solution documents used in decision making for local municipalities, Norwegian Defence Estate and Ministry.
A part of these processes involves mapping and analyzing the needs and interests of actors and stakeholders. This kind of activity represents a certain production of knowledge which forms the base for discovery, articulation and problematization of relevant issues in the further planning process.
This relation between participation, epistemology, and planning, is something I hope to investigate further in the online workshop Public Space and People.”

Registration is closed for online workshops but you can follow the sessions live here at the scheduled days and times for each workshop.
