Today, 17th of September at 2pm (Norway Time), is the day of the big opening party for dreamhamar process.

This is just the beginning of a three-month participation phase of workshops, lectures and other activities in which residents and creatives from all over the world are invited to dream and to discuss the future of Stortorget.
